EMMA Quality Officer
The EMMA Partnership is a network of charities providing debt advice to people in the East Midlands, led by the Community Advice and Law Service (CALS). CALS is an independent advice provider based in Leicester.
In this role, you will work as part of the EMMA Quality Team to improve the provision of high-quality debt advice across the East Midlands, working collaboratively with delivery suppliers and supporting them in implementing improvement activities and in assessing and monitoring the quality of debt advice they provide.
Location: Remote, Home-based role with some travel throughout Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland.
Job Type– Fixed term contract until 30th January 2023 with extension subject to funding- 37 hours per week
Salary- £33,604 per year

We are looking for two experienced debt professionals to join our Quality Team. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic about providing high-quality debt advice, and about supporting others to success.
The role will encompass a range of quality activities, including conducting file reviews, delivering training, giving feedback to advisers and supervising trainee debt advisers.
